Meet Karen

01- Marketing

I learned marketing by helping build a business. Over the past six years, I’ve worked across strategy, brand, e-commerce, performance, and operations—an experience that taught me to see marketing as a connected system rather than a collection of channels.

What I love most is the problem-solving: understanding why people choose what they choose, finding the opportunity, and turning insight into a strategy that creates real growth.

03 — My Worldview

I spent much of my life in Europe, growing up between Switzerland and France and speaking multiple languages. Moving between cultures taught me that communication is never one-size-fits-all. People interpret ideas, brands, and stories through their own cultural context.

That perspective has made me adaptable, curious, and deeply interested in how global brands build connections that feel relevant at a local and human level.

02 — Anthropology

My background in anthropology shaped the way I approach marketing more than I initially expected. It trained me to observe before assuming, understand behavior in context, and ask better questions about why people make the choices they do.

I bring that thinking into consumer research, audience strategy, positioning, and brand building. Data can tell me what happened; but I’m always interested in understanding why.

What Sets ME Apart

Creative Mind. Strategic Brain.

I’m equally energized by the big creative idea and the strategy that makes it work. I naturally connect creativity with consumer insight, business goals, and execution—because the best ideas shouldn’t just look good, they should move something forward.

I Take Ownership.

I’m not someone who waits around to be told what to think about next. If I see an opportunity, a problem, or something that could be better, my instinct is to dig in and figure it out. I care about the outcome, not just completing my part of the task.

Good Energy Matters.

I take my work seriously, but not myself too seriously. I’m naturally curious, social, and energized by interesting conversations, and new ideas. I believe the best work happens when people enjoy working together, and yes, I fully intend to be someone you actually want in the meeting.
